Stabilises the keratinic structure for long-lasting and elastic curls. Its special formulation draws on the active substances contained in the perm (fruit acids, wheat protein and hydrolyzed keratin), which allow the hair to reintegrate the moisturising and nourishing substances lost during the curling process. It is also enriched with a brand new cysteine complex in silicone guaranteeing perfect reconstruction of the disulpHide bonds. Method of use: after rinsing the perm solution out, pat hair to remove any excess water and apply the Neutral Fixing Fluid. PROCESSING TIME: 8/10 minutes. Remove the rollers and reapply all over the hair. PROCESSING TIME: 3/5 minutes. Rinse.
