11. Delivery Information

• Orders can be placed by phone during 10am – 4pm at +44 75 396 230 63, with service available in Polish.
• Orders placed before 13:00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail; orders after this time are dispatched the next working day. Packages are sent Monday to Friday.
• Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.
• A personal collection option is available at our Coventry warehouse, available the next working day between 12:00 and 16:00 after contacting the warehouse at +44 75 396 23063.

Delivery time is up to 14 business days.

These Conditions constitute our entire agreement with you. They are governed by English law, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Online Courses and Return Policy

• Our return policy does not allow returns for hygiene reasons, except for faulty goods reported on the delivery day.
