How to use
After rinsing off the perm solution, pat hair to remove excess water. Apply Neutral Fixing Fluid and leave for 8-10 minutes. Remove rollers. Reapply fluid throughout the hair and develop for a further 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
