Neutral Fixing Fluid is a professional fixative from the Inimitable Tech Wave line, enriched with fruit acids, wheat proteins, keratin, and a silicone-based cysteine complex. Applied after the perm solution, it stabilizes the new curl structure by rebuilding disulphide bonds, replenishes hydrating and nourishing substances lost during the perming process, and ensures supple, long-lasting curls.

How to use
After rinsing off the perm solution, pat hair to remove excess water.
Apply Neutral Fixing Fluid and leave for 8-10 minutes. Remove rollers.
Reapply fluid throughout the hair and develop for a further 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
