How to use
Mix the perm solution with Fluid Regulator following the guide wheel for the correct ratio based on hair condition. Apply to damp hair wound around rollers. Leave to develop 8-20 minutes according to hair type. For hair longer than 15-20cm, pre-saturate with perm solution before winding. Rinse thoroughly, then apply Neutral Fixing Fluid.
