Delivery Information

At Hair Company UK, we strive to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we will ensure your order is dispatched the next working day. The only exception to this is if a product in your order is unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps.

You may choose from the following options:

  • We can dispatch an incomplete order and refund the cost of the missing products.
  • Alternatively, we can hold the order until all items are available and dispatch it when complete.

We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered safely and on time, which is why we partner with Royal Mail, a trusted and secure service.

Delivery Charges

We offer transparent and straightforward delivery pricing based on the weight of your parcel. The current delivery charges are as follows:

  • Parcels up to 2 kg: £3.60
  • Parcels up to 20 kg: £7.00

For orders weighing more than 20 kg, the delivery cost will be calculated based on the total weight and the number of parcels required to pack your items securely. Depending on the volume and weight of your products, it may be necessary to send more than one parcel, with each additional parcel charged at £7.00.

Our website automatically calculates the weight of the items in your basket and suggests the shipping cost before you complete your order. If you place your order through one of our representatives, they will provide an estimated delivery cost based on the weight and size of your order.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. We make every effort to meet this same-day dispatch goal, but during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays.

For weekend orders, these will be dispatched on the following Monday. This ensures that your order is processed as quickly as possible once normal working hours resume.

Order Collection

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you are welcome to do so from our Coventry warehouse. Orders are available for collection between 12:00 and 16:00 on the next working day after placing your order. To arrange collection, please contact us in advance at +44 7539 623063 so we can have your items ready for pickup.

Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times can vary depending on the courier service and other external factors. Typically, delivery may take up to 14 working days, though most orders will arrive sooner. Please keep in mind that this timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or customs processes.

If you experience any delays beyond the expected delivery timeframe, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist in tracking your parcel.

Exclusions of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by factors outside our control. These factors may include, but are not limited to:

  • Issues with third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail or other mailing services).
  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Strikes or other industrial actions.

In such situations, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with the courier to minimise any inconvenience.

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after receiving your delivery and receive a full refund. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return form provided with your delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss of goods during the return process. We strongly recommend using an insured, registered delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of the returned items.

We will only cover the return postage costs if the goods were damaged in transit, are defective, or were incorrectly supplied. If the return is for any other reason, the shipping costs will be at your own expense.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. Custom-made items are also non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive the returned goods in their original condition, we will process your refund within 30 working days, or, if applicable, send a replacement without further cost to you.

Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event that your goods are lost during delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims for lost parcels must be made within 30 days of the original order date. Please note that an order will not be considered lost until 15 working days have passed since dispatch, to allow sufficient time for investigation and delivery.
