Oxidant Emulsion is the professional emulsion developer from Hair Company Professional, formulated for use with Inimitable Color, Inimitable Blonde, Pictura, and Hair Light colour lines. Available in five strengths – 5 Vol. (1.5%), 10 Vol. (3%), 20 Vol. (6%), 30 Vol. (9%), and 40 Vol. (12%) – it provides the right level of oxidation for every colouring, lightening, and toning application.
