Ice Blond Black Bleaching Cream is a high-performance black bleaching cream enriched with Bamboo Charcoal and Argan Oil. Its advanced formula lifts hair up to 7 levels while gently neutralizing unwanted warm tones during the lightening process. Versatile and protective, it can be used for streaks, highlights, full lightening, or as a colour remover on previously bleached hair. Mix with Hair Company Emulsion Developer at a 1:1.5-1:2 ratio.

How to use
Mix with Hair Company Emulsion Developer (5-40 vol / 1.5%-12%) at a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.
Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair.
Leave on until the desired level of lightening is achieved, checking regularly.
Rinse thoroughly and follow with Ice Blonde Treatment Shampoo and Mask.
Not recommended for use on skin.
